  What am I grateful for in 2015? Resolute Legal! I had been helping my daughter with her application for CPP Disability Pension since 2013. We were at the appeal level, and had almost given up hope.   We won after 5.5 years of paper work & appealing thanks to David & his team. We are so thankful to have found David & his team at Resolute Legal. We had previously had a different lawyer for 3 years that didn't care about anything but his fee's being paid. The previous lawyer actually told us that we had no chance / case of wining at the tribunal and it would be a waist of time. This is when David came to rescue. I found David through Google and signed up for a free 30 min phone call. After speaking with him I was so happy and Only wished to have contacted him earlier as our tribunal date was 2 weeks away. He managed to reschedule the tribunal date so he would have more time to review the case. The distance of 1000's miles, different provinces & time zone didn't keep David far from the case.
