  Overall the place is good. Nice staff and good prices. No complaints there. Delivery is an additional $60. They were late, not by much but still annoying. Bought 7 piece living room set. Missing a pillow for the couch and coffee table came damaged in box. Received Saturday, say they can replace Monday. Fingers crossed it works out easily. The couch I purchahed is good quality. Coffee and end tables are waffer board/compressed wood material. Will last a few years but not high quality by any means. If you're looking for decent prices and fair financing, it's a good spot. But maybe have your own method of picking it up and bringing home. Delivery isn't worth it.

  Great prices, but cheap stuff and a hard sell on buying extras. Told us our warranty would be no good of we didn't buy the $75 bamboo sheets. Pretty greasy.

  Once my furniture is delivered to me, I will change my review. When the person over the phone tells me my furniture will arrive today between 3pm-5pm, then that's when I expect it to arrive... It is now 10 minutes to 6pm and they are STILL not here. I just moved into a new place and have no furniture at the moment, so I have been patiently waiting all afternoon for my furniture and I'm upset that it's still not here. I have doubts that it will still be coming tonight at all. I called the store at 4:30pm to check if they would be coming soon; staff told me yes they must be almost there, but no, nothing. I'm extremely disappointed. The service in-store was great and the price we got our furniture for was great too, but this whole delivery thing is making me sour. Now the store is closed and I can't get any info on whether my furniture is still coming? Guess I have to sit on the floor for another night.

  Edit: Received replacement coffee table no problem. Was given an e-mail to get replacement couch pillow. Somewhat of a hassle to be honest, rather have just been given one. Not something to be argue over though. So guess I'll get it in a few weeks...maybe?

  We have been waiting for 3 single beds and 2 desks for my kids since I paid them off in November. When we ordered back in July we were never told that the beds we chose were always back ordered. If we knew that we would have chosen a different style. It's Now January and my kids are sleeping on new mattresses on the floor. We had also ordered a dining set at the same time and only got that on December 23rd. We had bought our couch, desk and queen size bed paid on the spot then chose to buy 3 single captains beds a dinjng set with an e tra chair and 3 more desks on layaway. Sad that we have to keep phoning to ask about the status. When we asked for our money back they told us we would only get credit for the store. Disgusting

  It's really sad when I basically spent over $4000+ including my previous order. We were going to order another dining chair, the fireplace mantle but I have lost any credibility I had for this company. I will look elsewhere and pay more for the convenience of actually having my furniture delivered when they have my money in their hands.

  It was the best service we have ever got.Better then The Brick. The young man who served us was great and we bought a great sectional at a great price and sameday delivery on a Sunday. Very satisfied. :)
